1. General Policy

At Red Cloud Animal Health, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional veterinary care and customer service. Refund eligibility depends on the nature of veterinary services rendered, medications dispensed, and products purchased. We evaluate each situation individually and with compassion.

2. Veterinary Services

Professional veterinary services that have already been performed are generally non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: • Physical examinations and consultations • Diagnostic testing and laboratory services • Surgical procedures and anesthesia • Emergency care and after-hours services • Vaccinations administered • Treatments and therapies provided If you have a concern about a service, please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

3. Product Returns

Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Returned items must meet all of the following criteria: • Completely unopened and unused • In original, undamaged packaging • Not expired or approaching expiration • Not requiring refrigeration (unless approved by clinic management) • Accompanied by original proof of purchase

4. Prescription Medications

For patient safety and regulatory compliance, prescription medications are generally non-refundable once dispensed. Exceptions may apply in the following circumstances: • An incorrect medication was dispensed due to clinic error • A verifiable product defect exists • Legal requirements mandate a refund Please contact us immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

5. Food Products

Prescription diets and therapeutic pet food may be eligible for limited return in accordance with manufacturer return guidelines. Standard pet food products follow our general 14-day unopened return policy.

6. Appointment Deposits

Certain appointments, particularly surgical procedures or specialized consultations, may require a deposit to secure scheduling. Deposit refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing: • Cancellation 48+ hours in advance: Full deposit refund • Cancellation 24–48 hours in advance: 50% deposit refund • Cancellation less than 24 hours: Deposit may be forfeited • Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds require the following: • Original receipt or proof of purchase • Product inspection by clinic staff (for product returns) • Verification and approval by clinic management Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are generally non-refundable: • Completed veterinary examinations and procedures • Opened or used medications of any kind • Biological products and vaccines once dispensed • Customized treatment compounds • Emergency and after-hours services • Special order products not regularly stocked • Grooming services once performed

9. Exceptions
